OPI Velvet Vision Gel Effects - OPI GEL COLOR franchise - a magnetic gel formula that creates a mesmerizing velvety effect that reflects light in the same way a crushed velvet texture might. Made with fine magnetic shimmers and translucent pigments, new shades create optical nail-lusions that move with every angle. There’s no need for base color or flash curing for the effect to shine through, and each shade goes on quickly. All you’ll need to achieve this effect is a magnet – simply prep nails, apply your shade, then guide your magnet around the nail until you achieve your desired effect. Up to 3 weeks of shine-intense wear and stay-true color. Soak-off removal. How to use: 1. Properly prep nail and cuticle for optimal adhesion, then apply one coat of OPI Bond-Aid pH Balancing Agent. 2. Shake OPI GelColor Base Coat of choice (OPI GelColor Stay Strong, or OPI GelColor Stay Classic) vigorously then apply a thin coat. Cap the free edge to prevent chipping Cure 30 seconds in the OPI Studio Led Light Lamp. 3. Shake gel nail polish shade of choice to thoroughly mix pigment, this will allow even color application and avoid patchiness. 4. Apply one coat of Velvet Vision color of choice. Do not cure. Pro Tip: When applying Velvet Vision, cap the free edge first to avoid interrupting how the magnetic pigments lay. 5. On each finger, place and hold the magnet on corner of the nail then move to other nail corners. Avoid getting too close to the gel as it is not cured. Once the desired effect is achieved on all fingers, cure for 30 seconds in the OPI Studio Led Light Lamp. Repeat step for coverage. 6. Shake OPI GelColor Stay Shiny Top Coat vigorously for 1 minute to thoroughly mix. Apply a very thin coat and cap the free edge to seal in color. Cure 30 seconds in the OPI Studio Led Light Lamp. 7. Remove tacky layer on Top Coat with an OPI Expert Touch Nail Wipe saturated with N.A.S. 99.
